Meilong Tube's control lines have undergone a series of laboratory squeeze tests and high-pressure autoclave well simulations to verify their quality. Additionally, the use of "bumper wires" effectively increases their loading capacity.
TP316L SteelTP316L is an austenitic stainless steel made from chromium, nickel, molybdenum, and a low carbon content. It demonstrates superior corrosion resistance to organic acids at high concentrations and temperatures, as well as inorganic acids like phosphate and sulphuric acid at moderate concentrations and temperatures. It is also resistant to salt solutions, caustic environments, and sulphates, sulphides, and sulphites. However, it should be noted that austenitic steels are prone to stress corrosion cracking, which may occur when subjected to tensile stresses and coming into contact with chlorides at high temperatures. TP316L also has greater resistance to intergranular corrosion than types of TP316 steel due to its lower carbon content.
