Features:

Our company provides a wide variety of alloy tubing for industrial purposes. We offer: stainless 316L, duplex 2205, duplex 2507, incoloy 825, and inconel 625. All of our tubing is seam-welded pressure tubing.
The stainless 316L grade features a minimal yield strength of 170 MPa and is presented in accordance with UNS/ASTM Specification S31603/A269. The duplex 2205 has a minimal yield strength of 485 MPa and is presented in accordance with S32205/A789. The duplex 2507 grade features a minimal yield strength of 550 MPa and is presented in accordance with S32750/A789. Incoloy 825 has a minimal yield strength of 240 MPa and is presented in accordance with N08825/B704. Lastly, inconel 625 has a minimal yield strength of 414 MPa and is presented in accordance with N06625/B704.
Our alloy tubing is designed to resist chloride pitting and crevice corrosion resistance, H2S and CO2, and chloride stress corrosion cracking (SCC). This ensures that our tubing is extremely durable in a variety of harsh industrial conditions.

Applications:

A safety valve is a type of valve that is installed in pressure vessels to prevent damage and prevent potential explosions. These valves actuate automatically when the pressure of the incoming fluid rises above a predetermined limit and then open the disc to release the fluid. Subsurface safety valves (SSSV) provide a means of closure in wells that are capable of natural flow to the surface. It is essential that the flow of the fluids can be isolated in the event of any system malfunction, and the SSSV will help to ensure that this happens. These valves are usually fitted with a ¼” stainless steel control line that runs on the outside of the well tubing string, and must maintain a pressure of up to 10,000 psi, depending on the wellhead pressure, to keep the valve open. As well as safety valves, the SCSSV is also used in other applications such as chemical injection, hydraulic control lines, velocity strings, work strings, steel tube umbilicals, and even geothermal coiled alloy tubing.
