We offer a variety of alloy tubing options for use in hydraulic control, chemical injection, and other highly demanding industrial applications. All of our stock alloy tube products meet the UNS and ASTM specifications for quality assurance.
For corrosive environments or conditions, our tubes offer excellent chloride pitting and crevice corrosion resistance, as well as resistance to H2S and CO2, and chloride stress corrosion cracking (SCC). We also carry alloys with a variety of minimum yield strengths for various applications, and all stock tubes are seam-welded for pressure.

A safety valve is an essential protective device for equipment that functions to automatically open upon reaching a predetermined pressure. This enables it to safely release and relieve the pressure from a pressure vessel, no matter what the cause is; therefore, avoiding explosions at a facility.
Safety valves are set in places within the pressure vessels, and can be compared to devices that will be released in order to mitigate accidents. The safety valve system is usually equipped with a fail-safe system that can easily isolate the wellbore during any system failure or if there is damage to the surface production control facilities.
Subsurface Safety Valves (SSSV)It is a prerequisite to have closure systems for any natural flow wells to ensure safety. This is especially since the installation of a SSSV is able to provide maximum closure capacity during emergencies.
For the SSSV to work, an external stainless steel control line connected to the well tubing has to be installed along the production tubing. Typically, keeping up to 10,000 psi pressure is necessary on the control line to keep the valve open.

Packaging and Shipping for Capillary Line:
Capillary Line will be packaged in a cardboard box with bubble wrap for extra protection. The box and bubble wrap will be taped securely with strong packing tape. The box will then be shipped to the customer in a timely manner using a reputable shipping company.
