Product Description:
Meilong Tube manufactures a range of seamless and redrawn, welded and redrawn coiled tubing made from corrosion-resistant austenitic, duplex, super duplex stainless steels and nickel alloy grades. These tubing products are specially tailored for the oil and gas, geothermal industry and used as hydraulic control lines and chemical injection lines.
Meilong's manufacturing capabilities and processes allow us to produce the longest continuous chemical injection line tubing in the industry. The long coils provide a series of benefits such as short hydraulic response time, greater collapse strength, the elimination of methanol permeation and less potential for defects and failures. The smooth inner surface is ideal for chemical injection systems.
The 2282 Duplex stainless steel is a nitrogen-enhanced slightly ferritic stainless steel that was developed to address certain corrosion problems. It offers a combination of improved corrosion resistance and high strength when compared to austenitic stainless steels. The alloy can be used in temperatures below 600°F with assurance of corrosion-resistant performance. It provides good resistance to pitting and crevace corrosion, making it suitable for brackish water, bleaching operations, closed loop water systems and food processing applications.
Features:
Each one tubing coil is a completely continuous length free of orbital welds, and is hydrostatically tested at minimum 10,000 psi. The test can be witnessed on site by third-party inspectors like SGS, BV, DNV. In addition, some other tests are provided to ensure the material quality, including eddy current test, chemistry test, flattening test, flaring test, tensile test, yield test, elongation test, hardness test, etc.
To ensure the cleanliness of inside and outside surface of control lines & chemical injection lines, vacuum annealing is conducted for all the injected lines. Vacuum annealing not only volatizes metallic oxides, but also removes any residual degreasing solvents or drawing lubricants. This process not only guarantees a bright and aesthetic surface, but also remarkable mechanical properties.
The tubing coils by Meilong Tube have these features as well: close dimensional tolerances, superior surface finish, improved mechanical characteristics, high cleanness of inside surface, controlled ovality, eccentricity, and roundness.
Technical Parameters:
We are supplying seam-welded and floating internal plug redrawn tubing, which is made of Duplex 2205 (UNS S32205), in the annealed condition. What’s more, it is continuous with no orbital joint welds. Here are the parameters we are offering: O.D (inch), W.T. (inch), working pressure (Psi),burst pressure (psi), collapse pressure (psi) and test pressure (psi). The theoretical burst pressure is based on the minimum wall thickness and minimum tensile strength, and the theoretical collapse pressure based on the minimum wall thickness and minimum yield strength. What's more, all the pressure ratings here are at 100°F (38°C) neutral and static conditions.
