High Pressure Hydraulic Geothermal Tubing with Controlled Ovality and Eccentricity Considerably Enhanced Mechanical Prop

Product Description:

Meilong Tube utilizes unique manufacturing capabilities and processes to produce the longest continuous chemical injection line tubing available in stainless steels and high nickel alloys. These coils are used extensively for chemical injection in subsea and onshore wells and offer a few main advantages: a length without orbital welds which reduces the potential for defects and failures; an extremely clean and smooth inside surface; short hydraulic response time; greater collapse strength; and the elimination of methanol permeation.

Chemical injection is done through small-diameter conduits that run alongside production tubulars, and these injections are used to counteract conditions such as high hydrogen sulfide [H2S] concentrations or severe scale deposition. For fluids with a high foaming tendency, a passive mechanical foam-breaking device or chemical injection systems may need to be used to solve the issue. Additionally, oil/water mixtures may form a stable emulsion which may require the addition of heat, surface-destabilizing chemicals, or mechanical packs.

Subsea umbilicals are often used to power, control, and inject chemicals into the seabed processing facilities. These umbilicals supply high-voltage power, remote control and monitoring signals, and chemical inhibitors and/or scale inhibitors.

 

Features:

Our tubing coils are completely continuous in length with no orbital welds, making them high quality and lasting.

Each coil is hydrostatic tested at a minimum of 10,150 psi. This pressure test is available to be witnessed by third-party inspectors such as SGS, BV, or DNV.

Additional tests can be conducted on each material, including eddy current, chemical, flattening, flaring, tensile, yield, elongation and hardness tests.

Super Duplex 2507

Super Duplex 2507 is an alloy comprised of Carbon, Manganese, Phosphorus, Sulfur, Silicon, Nickel, Chromium, Molybdenum, Nitrogen, and Copper. Its maximum percentages are 0.03, 1.20, 0.035, 0.020, 0.80, 6.0-8.0, 24.0-26.0, 3.0-5.0, 0.24-0.32, and 0.5 respectively.

The equivalent grade of Super Duplex 2507 is ASTM/ASME S32750, EN10216-5 1.4410, and EN10216-5 X2CrNiMoN25-7-4. The O.D., W.T, Working Pressure, Burst Pressure, Collapse Pressure, and Test Pressure vary for products related to Super Duplex 2507.

For example, the Working Pressure for Super Duplex 2507 of O.D. 1/8 and W.T. 0.125 is 19,177psi, Burst Pressure is 47,169psi, Collapse Pressure is 19,177psi, and Test Pressure is 21,025psi.

Similarly, the Working Pressure for Super Duplex 2507 of O.D. 3/8 and W.T. 0.375 is 8,009psi, Burst Pressure is 25,138psi, Collapse Pressure is 8,372psi, and Test Pressure is 8,700psi.

For Super Duplex 2507 of O.D. 1/2 and W.T. 0.500, the Working Pressure is 11,150psi, Burst Pressure 28,470psi, Collapse Pressure 11,259psi, and Test Pressure is 12,325psi.
