Meilong Tube provides unique manufacturing capabilities and processes allowing them to produce the longest continuous chemical injection line tubing available in stainless steels and high nickel alloys. Our long length tubing coils are mainly used in subsea and onshore wells because of the lack of orbital welds, which could reduce the likelihood of potential defects and failures. Furthermore, they have an extremely smooth and clean inside surface resulting in a quicker hydraulic response time and greater collapse strength, while eliminating the existence of methanol permeation.
Chemical injection plays an important role in oil/water separations since they can neutralize and antagonize drastic conditions such as high hydrogen sulfide [H2S] and scale deposition situations. By injecting natural occurring compounds, corrosion inhibitors, and formation fines, this mixture can help to mitigate problems without increasing the complexity of the process. Heat and surface destabilizing chemicals can then be used to break down the emulsion and the use of mechanical packs to accelerate droplet coalescence and settling.
Meilong Tube also offers umbilical coils for supplying power, control, and chemical injection for subsea applications. These coils, which meet API 17E specifications, are specially designed to be corrosion-resistant and long-lasting while also providing external coatings for further protection.

Every tubing coil is a continuous length, without attachments by orbital welds.
Each coil has been subject to a hydrostatic pressure test at a minimum of 10,150 psi, and can be verified by a third-party inspector such as SGS, BV or DNV, on-site.
Other tests that can be performed to authenticate the quality of the material include eddy current test, chemicals, flattening, flaring, tensile, yield, elongation and hardness tests.
Super Duplex 2507 is a alloy ASTM/ASME grade with UNS S32750. Its elements contains carbon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, silicon, nickel, chromium, molybdenum, nitrogen and copper. The max contents of these elements respectively are 0.03%, 1.20%, 0.035%, 0.020%, 0.80%, 6.0-8.0%, 24.0-26.0%, 3.0-5.0%, 0.24-0.32% and 0.5%. Its equivalent Euro norm grade is EN10216-5 with number 1.4410 and name X2CrNiMoN25-7-4.
