Product Description:

Meilong Tube manufactures high quality seamless and redrawn, seam-welded and redrawn coiled tubing, which are made from corrosion-resistant austenitic, duplex, super duplex stainless steel and nickel alloy grades. All of their products are used for hydraulic power control lines, chemical injection lines, alloy tubing in umbilicals and instrumentation tubing for exploitation engineering in the upstream oil and gas industry.

Coiled tubing is available in sizes ranging from an outer diameter of 0.125 inch (3.175 millimeters) to 1 inch (25.4 millimeters), while its wall thickness can be up to 0.083 inch (2.108 millimeters). It can be supplied in lengths up to 65600 feet (20,000 meters) for cost-effective umbilical manufacturing and customization is possible for special requirements.

In addition, Inconel 625 was highlighted for its excellent mechanical properties at both extremely low and extremely high temperatures, its outstanding resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and intercrystalline corrosion, its almost complete freedom from chloride induced stress corrosion cracking, its high resistance to oxidation at elevated temperatures up to 1050C, and its good resistance to acids, such as nitric, phosphoric, sulfuric and hydrochloric, as well as to alkalis, thereby making the construction of thin structural parts of high heat transfer possible.


Our tubing coils are all constructed without orbital welds, thus ensuring seamless continuity.

In order to guarantee the highest quality, every tubing coil is subject to hydrostatic testing of up to 10150 psi.

Should third-party inspectors such as SGS, BV, and DNV be present, they can verify the test results on the spot.

Additionally, we also conduct eddy current tests, chemical assessments, flattening tests, flaring tests, tensile tests, yield tests, elongation tests, and hardness tests to guarantee the materials used surpass industry standards.


Technical Parameters:


Inconel 625 is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy with additional of Columbium + Tantalum, Carbon, Manganese, Silicon, Phosphorus, Sulfur, Aluminum, Titanium and Cobalt.

The minimum percentage of Nickel is 58.0%, with a range of 20.0-23.0% for Chromium. Iron composition should be 5.0%, with the Molybdenum being between 8.0-10.0%. Columbium + Tantalum should be between 3.15-4.15%, while Carbon has a limit of 0.10%. Manganese, Silicon, Phosphorus, Sulfur, Aluminum, Titanium and Cobalt are all limited to 0.50%, 0.5%, 0.015%, 0.015%, 0.4%, 0.40% and 1.0% respectively.

The Alloy has a Norm Equivalence Grade of UNS No N06625, ASTM/ASME and a Euro norm of EN10216-5 with a Name of 2.4856 NiCr22Mo9Nb.

The OD measurements should range between 1/8 to 3/4 inch followed by WT measurements of 0.125, 0.250 and 0.375 inch. Working Pressure of 0.028, 0.035, 0.049, 0.065 and 0.083 inch should be taken into consideration. The Burst Pressure should be 19,024, 23,780, 12,516, 18,065, 24,633, 8,043, 11,546, 15,829, 20,648, 8,433, 11,507, 15,010, 6,624, 8,788, 11,222, 5,518, 7,320 and 9,348 psi respectively.
