Meilong Tube manufactures high quality seamless and redrawn, seam-welded and redrawn coiled tubing which are made from corrosion-resistant austenitic, duplex, super duplex stainless steel and nickel alloy grades.
100% of products are used as hydraulic power control lines, chemical injection lines, alloy tubing in umbilicals and instrumentation tubing for the exploitation engineering in the upstream oil and gas industry. Coiled tubing is available in sizes arrange from outer diameter 0.125 inch (3.175 millimeters) to 1 inch (25.4 millimeters). Wall thickness is up to 0.083 inch (2.108 millimeters). Lengths up to 65600 feet (20,000 meters) are available for cost-effective umbilical manufacturing. Inconel 625 is a material with excellent resistance to pitting, crevice and corrosion cracking. Highly resistant in a wide range of organic and mineral acids. Good high temperature strength.
- Excellent mechanical properties at both extremely low and extremely high temperatures.
- Outstanding resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and intercrystalline corrosion.
- Almost complete freedom from chloride induced stress corrosion cracking.
- High resistance to oxidation at elevated temperatures up to 1050C.
- Good resistance to acids, such as nitric, phosphoric, sulfuric and hydrochloric, as well as to alkalis makes possible the construction of thin structural parts of high heat transfer.
Features:
The tubing coils provided are each a continuous length uninterrupted by orbital welds.
For the highest quality assurance, each coil is hydrostatically tested at a minimum of 10,150 psi – and to ensure that this testing is approved, a third party such as SGS, BV, or DNV is permitted to witness.
Other tests are also conducted to determine the material quality, such as eddy current testing, chemicals testing, flattening, flaring, tensile and yield testing, elongation testing, and hardness testing.

Inconel 625 is an alloy composed of nickel, chromium, iron, molybdenum, columbium + tantalum, carbon, manganese, silicon, phosphorus, sulfur, aluminum, titanium, and cobalt in the following percentage: min. 58.0%, max. 20.0%-23.0%, 5.0%, 8.0%-10.0%, 3.15%-4.15%, 0.10%, 0.50%, 0.5%, 0.015%, 0.015%, 0.4%, 0.40%, 1.0%. Its norm equivalent is Grade UNS N06625, ASTM/ASME, EN10216-5, EN10222-5.
