The theoretical burst pressure is based on the minimum wall thickness as well as the minimum tensile strength. Similarily, the theoretical collapse pressure is based on the minimum wall thickness and the minimum yield strength. All the pressure ratings discussed are at 100°F (38°C), at neutral and static conditions.
