Features:

Processes have advanced and enabled the industry to move away from the use of orbital welds on hydraulic control lines. Coils have a higher yield than mill produced coils, resulting in a higher quality finish. Our tubing production incorporates the use of TIG and laser beam welding machines, providing our operators with the necessary tools to create a highly repeatable and reliable weld.

Using our current machinery and cold-drawing machines, we are able to produce OD size ranges from 1/8" to 1" and walls thicknesses between 0.028" and 0.095". We create products from a range of alloys such as 316L, Duplex 2205, Super Duplex 2507, Incoloy 825 and Inconel 625.

Technical Parameters:

We offer seamless & floating internal plug redrawn tubing. It is supplied in the annealed condition with continuous length without orbital joint welds. The table below lists the Alloy, UNS, O.D., W.T., Working Pressure, Burst Pressure, Collapse Pressure, and Test Pressure.

Please note the theoretical burst pressure and collapse pressure are based on minimum wall thickness and minimum tensile strength, as well as minimum yield strength. All the pressure ratings are at 100°F (38°C), neutral and static conditions.
