Technical Parameters:

Control Line Properties

Seamless and floating internal plug redrawn tubing which are supplied in the annealed condition, these control line property have continuous length without any orbital joint welds.

In the table below, is the alloy, UNS, outer diameter (O.D.), wall thickness (W.T.), working pressure, burst pressure, collapse pressure and test pressure in an inch measurement.

Theoretical burst pressure is based on minimum wall thickness, and minimum tensile strength. Whilst theoretical collapse pressure is based on minimum wall thickness, and minimum yield strength. Finally, pressure rating is at a temperature of 100°F (38°C), in a neutral and static condition.
