Meilong Tube manufactures high quality seamless and redrawn, seam-welded and redrawn coiled tubing, which are made from corrosion-resistant austenitic, duplex, super duplex stainless steel and nickel alloy grades. 100% of products are used as hydraulic power control lines, chemical injection lines, alloy tubing in umbilicals and instrumentation tubing for the exploitation engineering in the upstream oil and gas industry.
Coiled tubing is available in sizes range from outer diameter 0.125 inch (3.175 millimeters) to 1 inch (25.4 millimeters). Wall thickness is up to 0.083 inch (2.108 millimeters). Lengths up to 65600 feet (20,000 meters) are available for cost-effective umbilical manufacturing. Moreover, more sizes within the scope can be customized to be produced and delivered for meeting your special requirements.
As more oil and gas extractions move into deeper and harsher waters where extreme offshore environments demand extreme safety, Meilong Tube is dedicated to help you use the “right” corrosion resistant material for coiled umbilical tubing to improve the safety and reliability of your work. This is the power to drive its innovations and continuous development.
Meilong Tube is now devoting its capability to bring global customers most cost-effective tubing products through ensuring a comprehensive supply guarantee regarding the complete value-added chain in tubing production. This is the basis for the high performance in products and customer satisfaction.
Inconel 625 is a material with excellent resistance to pitting, crevice and corrosion cracking. It has a high resistance to organic and mineral acids, and good high temperature strength. This is coupled with mechanical properties at both extremely low and extremely high temperatures, outstanding resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and intercrystalline corrosion, almost complete freedom from chloride induced stress corrosion cracking, and high resistance to oxidation at elevated temperatures up to 1050 C. Finally, its good resistance to acids and alkalis makes possible the construction of thin structural parts of high heat transfer.
Every tubing coil created is in the form of one unbroken length, without any welds on the surface.
Each tubing coil is tested on site by third party inspectors (SGS, BV, DNV) under the hydrostatic pressure tests of at least 10,150 psi.
In addition to the hydrostatic tests, eddy current tests, chemicals tests, flattening tests, flaring tests, tensile tests, yield tests, elongation tests and hardness tests are also conducted to ensure the quality of the tubing coils.
Inconel 625 has a composition featuring: Nickel (58%-23%), Chromium (20%-23%), Iron (5%), Molybdenum (8%-10%), Columbium + Tantalum (3.15%-4.15%), Carbon (0.10%-0.50%), Manganese (0.50%-1.0%), Silicon (0.5%), Phosphorus (0.015%), Sulfur (0.015%), Aluminum (0.4%), Titanium (0.40%-1.0%), and Cobalt (1%).
Inconel 625 is equivalent to ASTM/ASME Grade N06625, EN10216-5 2.4856, and EN10216-5 NiCr22Mo9Nb.
Below is the working pressure for different combinations of Inconel 625, normalized by O.D., W.T., psi, and other measurements.

Control line, also known as an Automate Control line, is a type of electronic communication line that is widely used in industrial and commercial applications. This type of line is used to control machinery and equipment, ensuring that they operate as intended and are not subject to external malicious control. Examples of control lines include chemical injection lines, electrical lines, multi-line flat packs, hydraulic lines, tubing encapsulated conductors, intelligent well completions, and capillary tubing.
Chemical injection lines are used to inject measured amounts of chemicals into a process at carefully timed intervals. This ensures that the process is running with optimal output and without any impurities. Electrical lines provide power to machinery and equipment, and can be further protected with surge protection or intelligent controls. Multi-line flat packs are used in applications where the need for many cables is present but the space is limited. These cables can provide power, data transfer, or other control signals. High pressure hydraulic lines are often used in industrial applications, and they are usually composed of steel piping that is connected with joints such as flanges. Tubing encapsulated conductors are specialized cables that are designed to operate in a hazardous environment while still maintaining reliable transmission of data or power signals. Intelligent well completions involve the use of computer-controlled equipment that is embedded in oil wells for better operation and tracking of various parameters. Finally, capillary tubing is used in different applications, including medical diagnostics, environmental protection systems, and automotive systems.
