Flatpacks from Meilong Tube TEC provide customers with a wide variety of configurations depending on downhole conditions. Our products include copper components, hydraulic control and chemical injection lines that can be color-coded and printed to facilitate installation. Given the production process is vertically integrated, TEC can provide fast delivery and rigorous quality control.
The tubing is crafted from an alloy tailored to the particular application and welded together longitudinally. It is then tested, drawn to size and accompanied with a data sheet for each tube. The combination of components in our products is virtually infinite and can also be made in splice-free custom lengths. Further, standard encapsulation sizes (11mm x 11mm square) are available to meet various downhole needs.
We can also supply composite cables using different combinations of electrical and optical components to suit particular applications.

Calculations based on minimum yield strength of 120,000 psi. All TEC tubing is oversized welded and drawn. Tubing can be custom printed with a variety of data including part number, serial number, sequential length and purchase order number.
*The bending radius indicated is in a static condition after final training at the termination. All bending must be performed using a tubing bender to ensure that the bending radius is uniform. While deploying into or out of the well, the minimum bending radius should be as large as possible.
