Meilong Tube manufactures coiled tubing in diverse materials resistant to corrosion such as stainless steel and nickel alloys. We have several years' expertise in the oil and gas domain, from the technical evolution in 1999, such as the subsea developments, up to the current deepwater complex issues.
Incoloy alloy 825 is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with additions of molybdenum and copper. This nickel steel alloy’s chemical composition is designed to provide exceptional resistance to many corrosive environments. It is similar to alloy 800 but has improved resistance to aqueous corrosion. It has excellent resistance to both reducing and oxidizing acids, to stress-corrosion cracking, and to localized attack such as pitting and crevice corrosion. Alloy 825 is especially resistant to sulfuric and phosphoric acids.
This nickel steel alloy is used for chemical processing, pollution-control equipment, oil and gas well piping, nuclear fuel reprocessing, acid production, and pickling equipment.
The seamless and floating internal plug redrawn tubing, supplied in the annealed condition with continuous length without orbital joint welds, is made with Alloy UNS N08825. Its Outer Diameter (O.D.), Wall Thickness (W.T.), Working Pressure, Burst Pressure, Collapse Pressure and Test Pressure are listed in the following table:

It should be noted that, the values in the table refer to the theoretical burst pressure based on minimum wall thickness, and minimum tensile strength, while the theoretical collapse pressure is determined by minimum wall thickness, and minimum yield strength. Furthermore, the Pressure rating is applicable at 100°F (38°C), under neutral and static conditions.
